Kannada,Kannadiga and Karnataka

It is some what continuation of my previous post.

One should respect his motherland, his culture and his mother tongue because they are givers of happiness -- Rig Veda

Those who never respect there mother land , mother tongue will not be respected by others also. This may be the main reason why we always neglected , disrespect by other people. I don't want to write same thing blaming our self , which all we doing from past " Naavirode Hinge" .

I want to write some steps which I am fallowing, which made me proud and gave respect . This posting may not change everything , but hoping it will make at lest some little difference .

1) We should have respect on our place and language, then automatically we will be respected.

2) We will get respect when we know our self better, learn about our land , language . Read books , know more about our place ,language. Knowledge is power.

3) Another thing we lack information about our self , which is making us feel inferior .

4) Speak Kannada with Kannada people. It will bring us closer. And also it will make some identity and unity.

5) Speak Kannada with business representatives,in shopping mall, in banks . Don't be shy they need business not we . Which indirectly makes them to recruit the Kannada knowing people.

Identify yourself proudly ... I may get first comment on this post saying why U written this post in English then :) .
