Most of the time Love hurts because we expect Love or something in return for loving someone , don't do that. There is great happiness in giving love.Love is not business to get something return.
Keep in mind that not every body will love in the same way you love them , they may have the different way of expressing that . No need to express your love always to u loved once.

Another reason why people get hurt is that , they think that person whom they love is best in the word and they can't get one more person like this again. They feel that its greatest disaster in there life if they loose them. Don't worry there are lot people whom U can give love.
